Foxfibre®️Colorganic®️tales of the research and development.

Meeting will be face-to-face & Zoom

Join us for our first meeting of 2024, as we hear from Sally Fox!! Sally is known internationally for her work as an agricultural innovator and change-maker.

Based in the glorious Capay Valley area of Yolo County, Sally Fox has toiled as a farmer and scientist, dedicating her work to developing strong genetics in her organic, naturally-colored cotton, as well as raising heritage Merino sheep and a variety of crops, including Sonora wheat.  She is a true pioneer of organic and non-GMO cotton, and an inspiring voice within the regenerative agriculture community. You won’t want to miss her talk! Our program will start at 10 a.m., but you can arrive as early as 9:30a.m. if you’d like to chat!

Snacks will be provided by members with last names starting with G-K, but anyone who wants to bring a snack for the meeting can!

Sally will be presenting tales from her research and development as she has worked to figure out how to farm sustainably, humanely, and profitably!

If you are attending in person, we meet at The Point (see the map on our Calendar page). Please remember that we meet in The Auditorium now.

If you have something to show for the clothesline, please remember to send a photo and brief description to Linda!
